  • As our prints are produced and checked to a high standard before shipping, please allow this preparation time before your order is sent.

2. UK Shipping

  • Free UK shipping is included on all print orders.

  • All print orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 14 days of the order being placed, unless stated otherwise on the product page or agreed with you directly.

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available by request.​

​

  • Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm whether delivery is available to your location and provide a shipping quote.

  • International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country.​

4. Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination and any delays outside our control.

  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided.

5. Packaging

  • All prints are securely packaged to help protect them during transit. Fine art paper prints and canvas prints may be packaged differently depending on their size and format.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Delays

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to production, courier disruption, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.

  • If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

8. Damaged Orders

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
