Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change of Mind / Online Cancellation Rights

  • If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.

​

  • To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the print must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible.

​

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

​

  • Once the returned item has been received and checked, any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the item described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

​

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage or fault

  • Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged in transit

  • A short description of the issue

​

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

​

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

​

Refunds will usually be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of confirming that a refund is due where a return is not required.

4. Items Not Eligible for Goodwill Returns

  • Outside your statutory rights, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of preference after ordering

  • Minor colour variation caused by screen/display differences

  • Damage caused after delivery by handling, framing, storage or misuse
